Service Description

You will receive one 45 min. virtual yoga session per week specialized specifically for you and your needs. Perfect for anyone that has a busy life that can't make it to a yoga studio, or are nervous about doing yoga outside of their home and need a bit of encouragement to get it done. What you will need: - Quiet space - Yoga mat - High speed internet connection (laptop, phone, or tablet)

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is needed please contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule. No refunds will be given if session is canceled by your request less than 24hrs prior to session but you may reschedule.
